The Natural History Museum (Authorised Repositories) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the British Museum Act 1963( 1 ) and now vested in her( 2 ), with the agreement of the Trustees of the Natural History Museum, hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Natural History Museum (Authorised Repositories) Order 2004 and shall come in to force on 11th June 2004.

2. For paragraph 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the British Museum Act 1963( 3 ) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—

“ 4. The site in Wandsworth known as 75 Kimber Road, London SW18 4NX excluding the site known as 249 to 251 Merton Road, London SW18 5EB. ” .
