The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 163 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Transport for London (Arlington Street) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 29th July 2004.
Consent
2. The Secretary of State hereby gives consent to Transport for London for the grant of a leasehold interest in land at 11-15 Arlington Street, London as specified in the Schedule for a term of more than fifty years.
