The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2004

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 181(1) of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2004.

2. Part 1 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, other than section 21(4) and (5), shall come into force on 27th September 2004, so far as it is not already in force.
