The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 4(1) and 4(6) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Freedom of Information (Additional Public Authorities) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 10th August 2004.

2. Article 2 of the Freedom of Information (Additional Public Authorities) Order 2004( 2 ) shall be amended as follows:

(1) the words “at the appropriate place in each case” shall be deleted and replaced with “at paragraph 35A”.
