The Armed Forces Act 2001 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2004

21st July 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 39(2) of the Armed Forces Act 2001( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2001 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2004.

2. Section 20 of the Armed Forces Act 2001 shall come into force on 22nd July 2004.
