The Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 198(2) of the Energy Act 2004( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2004.

Commencement

2. The provisions of the Energy Act 2004 specified in the Schedule shall come into force on 27th July 2004.
