1988 c. 33 ; section 96 was amended by section 21 of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 (c. 36) . Sections 71 to 102 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 were repealed by Schedule 12 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (c. 29) but the repeal of section 96 is not in force and there is a saving for the provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 in respect of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Designated Countries and Territories) Order 1991 in article 13(a) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Commencement No. 5, Transitional Provisions, Savings and Amendment) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/333 (C.20) ).
