The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of paragraph (c) of Schedule 2 to the Charities Act 1993( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Exempt Charities Order 2004 and shall come into force on 31st July 2004.

2. Roehampton University is hereby declared to be an exempt charity for the purposes of the Charities Act 1993.
