The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 46(1), (2), (3), (5), (6) and (7) of the Coal Industry Act 1994( 1 ) and section 50 of the Coal Mining Subsidence Act 1991( 2 ) hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Coal Mining Subsidence (Subsidence Adviser) (Revocation) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 9 th October 2004.

Revocation

2.The Coal Mining Subsidence (Subsidence Adviser) Regulations 1994( 3 ) are revoked.
