By the Lords of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council

Their Lordships, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by article 6(1) and (2) of the Health Professions Order 2001( 1 ), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Health Professions (Parts of and Entries in the Register) (Amendment) Order of Council 2004 and shall come into force on 18th October 2004.

Parts of the register and designated title

2. In Schedule 1 to the Health Professions (Parts of and Entries in the Register) Order of Council 2003( 2 ) (parts of the register)—

(a) in column 1 (parts of the register), after the entry “Part 12—Speech and Language Therapists” add—

(b) in column 2 (designated title), opposite “Part 13—Operating Department Practitioners” in column 1, add “Operating Department Practitioner”.
