ROAD TRAFFIC

The Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 94 of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 ( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. β€”(1) The Order may be cited as the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2004.

(2) In this Order β€œthe Act” means the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003.

2. β€”(1) The provisions specified in paragraph (2) shall come into force on 11 th October 2004.

(2) The provisions are–

(a) sections 76 to 79 of the Act;

(b) in Schedule 5 to the Actβ€”

(c) the entries in Schedule 6 to the Act relating to the Road Traffic Act 1988 ( 2 ) and the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 ( 3 ).
