The Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Commencement (No. 4) Order 2004

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 199(1) and (3) of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Commencement (No. 4) Order 2004.

Appointed day for provisions relating to appointments to certain health and social care bodies

2. 19th October 2004 is the appointed day for the coming into force of sections 187 and 188 of, and Schedule 12 to, the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003.
