The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the School Inspections Act 1996( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (No.4) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 18 ^th October 2004.

2. David White is hereby appointed one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of School in England with effect from 18 ^th October 2004.
