The Finance Act 2003, Section 212, (Commencement) Order 2004

The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 212(5) of the Finance Act 2003( 1 ) hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2003, Section 212, (Commencement) Order 2004.

2. Section 212(3) of the Finance Act 2003 has effect for the financial year ending with 31st March 2004.
