The Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (Commencement No. 16) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 170(4) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (Commencement No. 16) Order 2004.

Commencement

2. Section 164 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 shall come into force on 1st December 2004.
