The Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 162(1) and (6) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2004.

Commencement

2. Section 127 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 shall come into force on 10th December 2004.
