The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods)(Amendment) Regulations 2004

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 60(1) of the Air Navigation Order 2000( 1 ) hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods)(Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st January 2005.

Amendment of the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002

2. —(1) Regulation 3(1) of the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002( 2 ) (interpretation) shall be amended as follows.

(2) For the definitions of ’Technical Instructions’ applying until and including 31st December 2002 and on and after 1st January 2003 there is substituted the following—
