The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 7 of the Co-operatives and Community Benefit Societies Act 2003( 1 ), hereby make the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Co-operatives and Community Benefit Societies Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2004.

Appointed day

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 1 of the Co-operatives and Community Benefit Societies Act is 13th December 2004.
