The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 326 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000( 1 ), hereby make the following Order;

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Designated Professional Bodies) (Amendment) Order 2004 and comes into force on 14th January 2005.

Amendment to article 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Designated Professional Bodies) Order 2001

2. โ€”(1)Article 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Designated Professional Bodies) Order 2001( 2 ) is amended as follows.
