The Police Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 108(2) of the Police Reform Act 2002( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Police Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2004.

2. Section 79 of the Police Reform Act 2002 shall come into force on 9th March 2004.
