The Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc. ) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12(2) of the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 2003( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2004.

2. Sections 2 to 11 of the Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Act 2003 shall come into force on 7th January 2004.
