The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 141(1) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 ( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and extent

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2004.

(2) This Order does not extend to Scotland.

Commencement

2.The Sexual Offences Act 2003 shall come into force on 1st May 2004 in so far as it is not already in force.
