The Transport for London (White City) Order 2004

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 163 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Transport for London (White City) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 29th April 2004.

(2) The Secretary of State hereby gives consent to Transport for London for the grant of a leasehold interest in land near Wood Lane, London W12 as specified in Schedule 2 for a term of more than fifty years.

(3) The Secretary of State hereby gives consent to Transport for London for the grant of a leasehold interest in land near Wood Lane, London W12 as specified in Schedule 3 for a term of more than fifty years.

(4) The Secretary of State hereby gives consent to Transport for London for the disposal of the freehold interest in land near Caxton Road, London W12 as specified in Schedule 4.

(5) The Secretary of State hereby gives consent to Transport for London for the grant of a leasehold interest in land at the White City Depot, London W12 as specified in Schedule 5 for a term of more than fifty years.

(6) The Secretary of State hereby gives consent to Transport for London for the grant of a leasehold interest in land at 10B Wood Lane, London W12 as specified in Schedule 6 for a term of more than fifty years.
