The Armed Forces Act 1996 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2005

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 36(2) of the Armed Forces Act 1996( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 1996 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2005.

2. Section 35 of and Schedule 7 to the Armed Forces Act 1996, so far as not already in force, shall come into force on 29 April 2005.
