In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 187(5) and (6), 231 (2) and 232(5) of the Education Reform Act 1988( 1 ) the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (London Residuary Body) (Property Transfer) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 15th July 2005.

2. —(1)The Education (London Residuary Body) (Property Transfer) (No 4) Order 1991( 2 ) shall be amended as follows:

(2) In article 4(4) for “1st January 1995” there shall be substituted “1st April 2007”.
