The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 108(3) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2005.

Provisions coming into force on 1st July 2005

2.Section 32 of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (sale of aerosol paint to children) shall come into force on 1st July 2005.
