The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 163 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Transport for London (Waterloo Station) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 3rd August 2005.

SCHEDULE

All that land near Waterloo Station at York Road, London shown edged blue on the attached plan marked Plan 1, which is above the level of 6.3 metres below Ordnance Datum Newlyn.
