The Registration of Civil Partnerships (Fees) Order 2005

The Chancellor of the Exchequer, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 34(1) and 36(4) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004( 1 ) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Civil Partnerships (Fees) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 5th December 2005.

Fees payable

2. In respect of the matters set out in the first column of the Schedule to this Order, the fee specified in the second column shall be payable to the person specified in the third column.
