The Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2005

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 201(2) of the Licensing Act 2003 ( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and interpretation
1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No.6) Order 2005.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Licensing Act 2003.
Commencement
2. The provisions of the Act specified in the Schedule to this Order, in so far as they are not already into force, shall come into force on 7th August 2005.
