The Transport for London (Rickmansworth Station) Order 2005

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 163 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Transport for London (Rickmansworth Station) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 30th August 2005.

2. In this Order, β€œrelevant land” shall mean the land near Rickmansworth Station, Hertfordshire as specified in the Schedule to this Order.

(2) Within a reasonable period following any development of the relevant land Transport for London shall secure the provision of permanent replacement car-parking facilities for the benefit of users of Rickmansworth Station which areβ€”

(a) of a similar scale to the facilities currently provided on the relevant land; and

(b) in reasonable proximity to the relevant land.

SCHEDULE THE PROPERTY

All that land known as the Rickmansworth Station Car Park, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, shown edged red on the attached plan marked RICK/DEMISE.
