The Railways Act 2005 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60(2) of the Railways Act 2005( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Railways Act 2005 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005.

Commencement

2. Section 5 of the Railways Act 2005 shall come into force on 21st August 2005.
