The Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 148(1) of the Constitutional Reform Act( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005.

2. —(1) The following provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 shall come into force on 31st August 2005.

(2) The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) are–
