Present,

The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the School Inspections Act 1996( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st March 2005.

2. Michael John Hoban is hereby appointed one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Schools in England with effect from 1st March 2005.
