The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 1 and 6(1) and (3) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973( 1 ) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, with the concurrence of Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Estate Management and Health Building Agency Trading Fund (Revocation) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 14th October 2005.

Revocation

2.The National Health Service Estate Management and Health Building Agency Trading Fund Order 1999( 2 ) is revoked.
