The Human Tissue Act 2004 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005

The Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 60(2) of the Human Tissue Act 2004( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Human Tissue Act 2004 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005.

Appointed day

2. Section 47 of the Human Tissue Act 2004 shall come into force on 3rd October 2005.
