The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1(7) of the Office of Communications Act 2002( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Office of Communications (Membership) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 26th October 2005.

2. The number specified in section 1(2) of the Office of Communications Act 2002 as the maximum membership for the Office of Communications shall be ten.
