The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the Education Act 2005( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (No. 3) Order 2005.

2. The persons named in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order are hereby appointed Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Schools in England with effect from 13th October 2005. The person named in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order is appointed Her Majesty’s Inspector of Schools in England with effect from 1st January 2006.
