CHARITIES

The Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 8 and 10 of the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005.

Commencement

2. The following provisions of the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 shall come into force on 11 November 2005:

(1) Section 6;

(2) Schedule 2.

3. Schedule 3 to the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004, in so far as it is not already in force, shall come into force on 1 January 2006.
