The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 213 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004( 1 ), and with the consent of the Scottish Ministers and the Department of Finance and Personnel, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (Overseas Relationships) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 5th December 2005.
Additions to Schedule 20 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004
2. In Schedule 20 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004(meaning of overseas relationship: specified relationships), in the table—
(a) before the first entry relating to Belgium insert—
