The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1 and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973( 1 ), with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Order:—

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Forensic Science Service Trading Fund (Revocation) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 5 th December 2005.

Revocation

2.The Forensic Science Service Trading Fund Order 1998( 2 ) is revoked.
