The Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2005

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 8B(5) of the Immigration Act 1971( 1 ), makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 6th December 2005.
2. For the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000( 2 ) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
3. The Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2003( 3 ) and the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2004( 4 ) are revoked.
