The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the Education Act 2005 ( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 15th December 2005 .

2. In the Schedule to The Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (No. 2) Order 2005 ( 2 ) the name “Richard Henry Harris” is omitted.
