The Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005

The Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 108(3) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005.

Provisions coming into force on 1 January 2006

2. The following provisions of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 shall come into force on 1 January 2006:

Part 8 including Schedules 2 and 3;
Part 8 of Schedule 5.
