The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 3(3) of the Private Security Industry Act 2001( 1 ), having consulted the Security Industry Authority in accordance with section 24(4) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

Title and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Designated Activities) (Revocation) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 27th February 2005.

2. The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Designated Activities) Order 2005( 2 ) is hereby revoked.
