The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22(11) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990( 1 ) and now vested in him( 2 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.

Amendment to the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) Order 1990

2. In Part I of the Schedule to the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) Order 1990( 3 ), after “The Chartered Institute of Patent Agents” there shall be inserted “The Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys”.
