The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 97(5) of the Courts Act 2003( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Discharge of Fines by Unpaid Work (Pilot Schemes) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 30th March 2005.

2. In article 2 of the Discharge of Fines by Unpaid Work (Pilot Schemes) Order 2004( 2 )for the words “31st March 2005” there shall be substituted the words “31st March 2006”.
