The Pension Protection Fund (Eligible Schemes) Appointed Day Order 2005

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 126(2) of the Pensions Act 2004( 1 ), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Pension Protection Fund (Eligible Schemes) Appointed Day Order 2005.

Appointed day

2. The day appointed for the purposes of section 126(2) of the Pensions Act 2004 (eligible schemes) is 6th April 2005.
