The Immigration Employment Document (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2005

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 122 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002( 1 ), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Employment Document (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.

2. Regulation 4D of the Immigration Employment Document (Fees) Regulations 2003( 2 ) is amended by substituting “£315” for “£150”.
