The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 3(3) (having regard to the definition of β€œprescribed” in section 3(4)) of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001( 1 ), and section 26(3)(b) of the Welsh Language Act 1993( 2 ), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Penalties for Disorderly Behaviour (Form of Penalty Notice) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 24th March 2005.

2. β€”(1)The Penalties for Disorderly Behaviour (Form of Penalty Notice) Regulations 2002( 3 ) are amended as follows.

(2) For Schedule 2, there is substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
