The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 97(5) and (6) and 108(6) of the Courts Act 2003( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and duration

1. This Order may be cited as the Collection of Fines (Pilot Schemes) (Amendment No 2) Order 2005 and shall come into force on the 2nd April 2005 and cease to have effect on the 31st March 2006.

Amendment to the Collection of Fines (Pilot Schemes) Order 2004

2. In paragraph (m) of article 3 of the Collection of Fines (Pilot Schemes) Order 2004( 2 ), in the text substituted by that article for sub-paragraphs (1) to (5) of paragraph 37 of Schedule 5 to the Courts Act 2003, after โ€œunder paragraph 26โ€ insert โ€œor any order made under paragraph 26 has failedโ€.
